Saturday, 25 July, 6:30 pm - 10:00 pm
This first Awareness Concert with live music is designed to help “break the silence about the scale and effects of sexual abuse in the UK”.
This lively evening is for anyone who wants to be part of a movement to bring about the necessary change to address child sexual abuse in the UK.
Sexual Abuse Must Stop
The evening will also see the launch of the “One in a million” petition to mobilise the public as well as the premier of a new specially commissioned video.
Held at House on the Rock, 49 Tufnell Park Road, London, N7 0PS (nearest tubes Tufnell Park and Holloway)
Tickets 15 pounds in advance from transformation.gs/ac or call 020-8552-9333. (18 pounds on the door).
At Transformation we have consistently seen girls and women, boys and men, from all walks of life that have been abused, not believed, dismissed by the police, and left to get on with their broken lives.
Many small whispers – like the whisper of a child being abused – can be ignored. A large roar from a stadium of people is what we become as we stand united in one voice.
Abusers must no longer feel safe with their actions
Children must know they will be believed.
The event is hosted by Transformation Powerhouse
