We will offer personalised packages of support during the week and/or weekend. Residential support is available for up to a few weeks, however it may be possible to provide up to 6 months depending on circumstances.
Our aim is always to offer an environment that provides the safety and security some women have never had, even in their own home.
“When offered counseling by their GP, most people receive an hour or 2 a week. However these sessions are rarely sufficient to provide the support that is needed in working along side those that have suffered unbearable trauma from the sexual abuse they had to endure as children. Our packages will provide several hours per week, per day at times if needed. Our therapeutic accommodation will enable us to provide wrap around care, for those women where this would benefit them. This is something that is desperately needed all over the U.K to enable those needing support in starting their healing journey.”
We have recently completed the building of 10 ensuite bedrooms to be used when is required for a short period of time.
Grace House, a four bedroom house
Aspiration House, a block of 3 flats – 1,2, and 3 bedrooms.
Please note: We are not equipped to accommodate or support children or families.
We believe the service we want to provide should be available to anyone in need, regardless of their ability to pay for a place.
To this end we have launched “The Butterfly Fund” and are asking for people to join us by contributing towards the cost of providing the therapy and support to those in need. 100% of all money donated to the Butterfly Fund will go towards the running cost of providing our services .
